Placing an Order

Once the order details are confirmed and payment is received by Ryvopay, the order is considered final.
After the order is finalized, Ryvopay will deliver the voucher or activation code required for the customer to use or activate the product(s) in the order.
At any time after receiving an order, Ryvopay may, at its sole discretion, accept or decline all or part of the order or any future orders.
If Ryvopay modifies or cancels an order, it will attempt to notify the customer using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the order process is complete and accurate.
Ryvopay is not liable for any failure to process or deliver an order due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If the customer’s payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise unacceptable, Ryvopay may suspend delivery or cancel the order immediately.

Delivery of Digital Products

Once an order is finalized, Ryvopay will deliver the activation code(s) required to access or activa te the purchased product(s).
Delivery is considered completed the moment the product(s) or activation code(s) are made available to the customer.
The product or service is considered accepted once the voucher or code has been delivered.
Upon first use or activation of the product or code(s), the customer may also be subject to the terms and conditions of a third party, depending on the product.

Customer Accounts

Using certain features on the website may require creating an account.
The customer may be required to submit personal information, including a username and password.
